BLASTBAG ™ ACE is the safest and most user-friendly inflation solution on the market. It is a chemical-inflation gasbag designed to create a stable air deck in a wide range of blasting conditions. Its simple setup and consistent inflation make it a practical option for underground headings, open pit benches, and areas where ground conditions may vary. The gasbag inflates through a controlled chemical reaction, removing the need for pumps or external equipment and helping crews work more efficiently.
Each BLASTBAG ™ is made from non-metallic, non-sparking materials and contains no hazardous, toxic, or flammable components. This makes it suitable for sites with strict safety requirements and helps reduce the chance of false trips or unintended tool interactions.
Once placed, the BLASTBAG ™ ACE II forms a stable barrier inside the hole, improving energy distribution and supporting better blast quality.
